In Nissan thinking about developing a new sports car

New sports car from Nissan, the next link in the chain, coupled with index Z, which began in 1969, will be named Z35. It should become easier, more dynamic and more economical, and to succeed in the issue of fuel economy, Nissan sports car will transfer to the hybrid propulsion system. 

According to the portal Motor Trend, the coupe will get petrol-electric power plant on the basis of the two-liter turbo engine, which promised to give the Japanese company Mercedes-Benz. It is assumed that the power unit to borrow from the sports car Infiniti Q50. 

It was also reported that Mercedes-Benz can share with Nissan and a three-liter turbo engine, but, according to sources, the engine decided to make the prerogative of the brand Infiniti. So yet another contender for the engine compartment of the new sports car becomes a three-liter V6 with Japanese direct injection. 

Replace the compartment and body type. In the Nissan felt it necessary to increase competition with the BMW Z4 and the Audi TT, so that the Z35 will enter the market in a body "targa" with removable roof panels and four-seater cabin. Emergence of a new sports car for sale is projected by 2017.
