Honda NSX sold out even before its premiere

Representatives of Honda in the UK stopped taking orders for the sports coupe Honda NSX, as this country allotted quota of 100 cars already fully selected. However, none of those who issued the order and made an advance payment, not even seen pictures of the serial car!




According to the publication Car, one hundred inhabitants of the British Isles had already made an advance payment for its NSX in the amount of 5 000 pounds - about 9000 dollars. British quota was exactly one hundred copies - thus the brand had to turn to dealers selling the car even before he had a world premiere.

Recall that the first prototype supercar was introduced back in 2012 - it was equipped with a hybrid power plant (3.5-liter petrol engine and two electric motors).

Meanwhile, representatives of Honda began accepting orders for hot-hatch Civic Type R of the new generation. It, however, as none of the mere mortals in the face is not seen, but the manufacturer promises that the hatchback will be available much earlier than the supercar - next summer.


For the right to enter the number of the first owners of Civic Type R Brits have to pay 3000 pounds. Honda Civic Type R, is expected to receive a two-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, which develops 300 hp and manual transmission.
